STFGaming Consignment FAQ

When are payouts?
We pay out every Thursday morning.

How long until my items are listed?
Items received by Monday are usually included in our 10-day weekly auction, which starts Thursday and ends the following Sunday.

What is the benefit of a 10-day auction?
Longer auctions = more exposure. Ending on a Sunday is ideal because traffic to the eBay page is higher, as many buyers are home and ready to bid. Grouping items to end at similar times also increases overall page activity.

Is the consignment fee taken after eBay fees?
No. The fee you see is all you’ll be charged. For example, if your item sells for $150, you will be paid $130.50 — no additional deductions.

Do you offer Buy It Now (BIN) options?
We do not offer BINs at this time.

Am I responsible for returns, damaged items, or lost packages?
No. Once you are paid out, the funds are yours. We handle all issues related to selling, including returns or damaged/lost items.

Can I set a starting price for my auction?
All our auctions start at $0.01. We do not set higher starting prices.

What items do you accept on consignment?

  • Graded Cards

  • Single Cards

  • Graded Lots

  • Single Lots

  • Graded Packs

Note: Sealed items are no longer accepted. Exceptions may be made — please ask first.

How do I track my items?
We provide a Google Sheet to all consignors, updated every weekday with the latest auction information.

Can I withdraw my items after sending them?
You may withdraw an item if it has not yet been listed for auction. Withdrawn items are subject to a consignment fee equal to the item’s market price plus return shipping costs.

What happens if my item doesn’t sell?
Items that don’t sell due to lack of buyer activity will be delisted.
If an item doesn’t sell at the $0.01 starting price, it will still be considered a $0.01 sale and you will be paid out accordingly.
Auctions run weekly, with hundreds of items in each block.

What do I do if I need to update my contact or payment info?
Please email us at stfgamingtcg@gmail.com with any updates or requests.
